Regulatory support
The regulatory sandbox is a platform that aims to help with the legal and technical testing of new technological solutions in regulated industries and to achieve compliance with applicable legislation. SMEs with an innovative service that is or may be subject to any applicable regulation can apply.
Participants in the programme will have the opportunity to set up their innovative product in compliance with the regulation by consulting with experts or representatives of regulatory institutions. The aim is to facilitate the implementation of innovations in regulated sectors in the Czech Republic.
Another intention is to support the development of innovative companies within the entrepreneurial ecosystem through mentoring, participation in workshops on business development, networking with other innovative companies, regulated companies and venture capitalists. All support is offered in the form of indirect support, where CzechInvest provides support to participants in the form of a service.
